Day 2

John made poached eggs with hollandaise sauce, Alaskan salmon and sautéed  veggies!!

On Hatcher's Pass; Alaska is the largest state with the fourth least populated yet we met Dr Katie Naylor who was coming to dinner that evening with her husband! Katie trained under Barry at Virginia Mason and now works under John at Mat-Su Regional hospital

You never know whom you will run into on a hike in Alaska!
